Local and traceable meat

We believe in supporting local farmers and the local economy, therefore, our beef, lamb and pork are provided by carefully chosen suppliers in the Midlands. We also like to contribute to the sustainability of the local area by keeping the food mileage low, which ultimately reduces carbon emissions. Our beef, pork and lamb are all traditionally farmed and all our meat is traceable too. We also traditionally prepare all our meat.

Always a pleasure to visit Ron Barkers, best pork sausages, quality steaks, great lamb kebabs and the pork pie has just the right amount of jelly inside, delicious..!!!!

Ive been using Ron Barkers for a while now since my friends butchers closed after covid. I Ordered my Christmas meat and they were all so accommodating and helpful considering I knew nothing about what I needed 😆 🤣 everyone commented on how lovely it all was and the rib of beef and turkey was the best. Thankyoi to all the team for helping this customer out. 👏

I always get my Christmas meats from Ron Barker. The meat quality is amazing and clearly well sourced, The staff are always friendly, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend.

My more or less local butchers, I always come back for their sausages, which are made on site fresh and are absolutely superb! No gristle and fat packing out the sausage, just top quality lean, tasty meat. Try their standard pork ones and the tomato sausage is a regular for me too. I also tried a 'breakfast sausage' with black pudding in it, absolutely bangin' (excuse the pun) 🙂
